Code § 24-02-02.5","heading":"Rest area cooperative agreement","body":"Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the director may enter a cooperative agreement with the Theodore Roosevelt national park painted canyon visitor center for the joint administration and operation of a rest area facility for use by the traveling public.
