Code § 26.1-02.1-02.1","heading":"Fraudulent insurance acts, interference, participation, and licensure of convicted felons prohibited","body":"1.A person may not commit a fraudulent insurance act.\n2.A person may not knowingly or intentionally interfere with the enforcement of the provisions of this chapter or investigations of suspected or actual violations of this chapter.\n3.a.A person convicted of a felony involving dishonesty or breach of trust may not participate in the business of insurance.
