Code § 26.1-53.1-02","heading":"Application","body":"1.This chapter applies to all discount plan organizations conducting business in this state.\n2.A discount plan organization that is a health insurer licensed pursuant to title 26.1:\na.Is not required to be registered as a discount plan organization.
