Code § 27-20.1-14","heading":"Acceptance of appointment - Consent to jurisdiction - Letters of guardianship","body":"1.By accepting the appointment, a guardian submits personally to the jurisdiction of the court in any proceeding relating to the guardianship that may be instituted by any interested person.\n2.By accepting the appointment, a guardian acknowledges the duty to file an annual report under section 27-20.1-15.\n3.Upon the guardian's acceptance of the appointment, the court shall issue letters of guardianship.
