Code § 30.1-29-26","heading":"(5-426) Enlargement or limitation of powers of conservator","body":"Subject to the restrictions in subdivision d of subsection 2 of section 30.1-29-08, the court may confer on a conservator at the time of appointment or later, in addition to the powers conferred on the conservator by sections 30.1-29-24 and 30.1-29-25, any power which the court itself could exercise under subdivisions b and c of subsection 2 of section 30.1-29-08. The court may, at the time of appointment or later, limit the powers of a conservator otherwise conferred by sections 30.1-29-24 and 30.1-29-25, or previously conferred by the court, and may at any time relieve the conservator of any limitation.
