Code § 31-03-29","heading":"Mileage and fees of witness from another state - Length of time to remain in state","body":"If the witness from another state is summoned to attend and testify in a criminal prosecution in this state, the witness is entitled to the fees and expenses provided to witnesses under section 31-01-16.
