Code § 32-29.3-28","heading":"Appeals","body":"1.An appeal may be taken from:\na.An order denying a motion to compel arbitration;\nb.An order granting a motion to stay arbitration;\nc.An order confirming or denying confirmation of an award;\nd.An order modifying or correcting an award;\ne.An order vacating an award without directing a rehearing; or\nf.A final judgment entered pursuant to this chapter.\n2.An appeal under this section must be taken as from an order or a judgment in a civil action.\n3.Agreements to arbitrate between and among insurers and self-insured entities which explicitly renounce a right of appeal are fully enforceable in this state.
