Code § 39-06-28","heading":"Courts to forward license to director upon certain convictions","body":"If an individual is convicted of any offense for which this chapter requires the revocation of the operator's license of that individual by the director, the court of the conviction shall require the surrender to the court of any operator's license then held by the convicted individual.
