Code § 39-16.1-03","heading":"Notice of failure to satisfy judgment","body":"When any person fails within thirty days to satisfy any judgment, it is the duty of the clerk of the court, or of the judge of a court which has no clerk, in which any such judgment is rendered within this state, to forward to the director immediately after the expiration of said thirty days, a certified copy of such judgment or a certified copy of the docket entries in an action resulting in a judgment for damages or a certificate of facts relative to a judgment on a form provided by the director.
