Code § 4.1-16-12","heading":"Agriculture commissioner - Powers","body":"The agriculture commissioner may:\n1.Assist farmers in identifying beekeepers who provide pollination services; and\n2.Enter upon private land during daylight hours, for the purpose of enforcing this chapter.
