Code § 4.1-26-34","heading":"Violation of chapter - Civil penalty","body":"A person violating this chapter, a milk stabilization plan issued in accordance with this chapter, or any rule that implements this chapter, is subject to a civil penalty in an amount not exceeding five hundred dollars per day for each violation.
