Code § 4.1-31-26","heading":"Penalties","body":"1.A person who willfully violates a provision of this chapter is guilty of a class A misdemeanor.\n2.A person willfully violating this chapter or a rule adopted under this chapter is subject to a civil penalty not to exceed two hundred fifty dollars for each violation.
