Code § 4.1-41-07","heading":"Customer-formula feed - Label - Content","body":"Any customer-formula feed that is distributed in this state must be labeled.\n1.The label must include:\na.The name and address of the manufacturer;\nb.The name and address of the purchaser;\nc.The date of delivery;\nd.The product's name;\ne.The quantity statement of each ingredient, including commercial feed;\nf.Directions for the safe and effective use of all customer-formula feed containing drugs and those determined by the commissioner as being necessary; and\ng.Any precautionary statement recommended by the commissioner to ensure the safe and effective use of the feed.\n2.If the feed contains drugs, the label must also include:\na.The purpose of each drug;\nb.The weight, volume, or quantity, as appropriate, of each drug; and\nc.The name of each active ingredient.","path":["Title 4.1 Agriculture","Chapter 4.1-41 Commercial Feed"],"source_url":"https://ndlegis.gov/cencode/t04-1c41.pdf","current_through":"2026-07-31T11:12:02","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-02T21:04:14Z","sha256":"8405be4f129f6b1553394edc7dd78862daaf8633571b35ad346d77c7716af0eb","source_id":"us-nd","stale":false,"prev":"us-nd/n.d.-cent.-code-4.1-41-06","next":"us-nd/n.d.-cent.-code-4.1-41-08"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
