Code § 40-33.2-06","heading":"Eminent domain","body":"Except as otherwise provided by this section, a municipal power agency may acquire all property that it deems necessary for carrying out the purposes of this chapter, whether in fee simple absolute or a lesser interest, by condemnation and the exercise of the power of eminent domain in accordance with chapter 32-15.
