Code § 40-50.1-12","heading":"Acceptance or rejection of corrected plat - Recording - Effect of corrected plat","body":"After completing the hearing, the governing body shall affirm or reject the corrected plat by resolution. If the plat is affirmed by a majority vote of the governing body, the plat must be recorded in the office of the recorder within sixty days and a blueprint of the plat must be filed in the office of the chief administrative officer.
