Code § 43-07-09.1","heading":"Name changes","body":"Not later than ten days after the date of a change in a contractor's name, the licensee shall notify the registrar of the name change on a form provided by the registrar. A name change must be accompanied by a ten dollar fee. A licensee may not change the name of the licensee if the change is associated with a change in the legal status other than a change in marital status.
