Code § 43-09-32","heading":"Reporting of accidents","body":"If an incident occurs involving an elevator or other conveyance which results in death or bodily injury to any person which requires hospitalization or other treatment by a medical professional, the owner of the conveyance shall submit to the board a report, on a form prescribed by the board, within forty-eight hours.
