Refunds must be made in accordance with the following schedule: Tuition HoursRetained EnrolledBy School 0.0%-4.9%20% 5%-9.9%30% 10%-14.9%40% 15%-24.9%45% 25%-49.9%70% Over 50%100% Notice of this section and of sections 43-11-20.2 and 43-11-20.3 must be posted in clear view to the public where services are being provided in each school of cosmetology. The notice must be in a form and contain information as prescribed by the board. The board shall take action necessary to enforce this section and sections 43-11-20.2 and 43-11-20.3, including revocation of the license issued pursuant to section 43-11-17.
