Code § 43-12.1-07","heading":"Compensation of board members","body":"A member of the board is entitled to receive compensation in an amount fixed by the board for each day or portion of a day the member is actually engaged in the performance of official duties and such mileage reimbursement as is provided for in section 54-06-09. In addition, the member is entitled to reimbursement for actual and necessary expenses in the amounts provided by law for state officers in section 44-08-04.
