Code § 43-23-20","heading":"Group insurance coverage authorized - Independent errors and omissions coverage","body":"The real estate commission may negotiate by bid with an insurance provider for a group policy under which coverage is available to all licensees with no right on the part of the insurer to cancel coverage provided to any licensee, except as provided by rules adopted by the commission.
