Code § 43-26.1-05.1","heading":"Use of criminal history record checks","body":"The board may require a physical therapy or physical therapy assistant applicant, or a licensee under investigation, to submit to a statewide and nationwide criminal history record check, including a fingerprint-based criminal history background check. The criminal history record check must be conducted in the manner provided by section 12-60-24. The criminal history record check is an exempt record but may not be disseminated by the board to the physical therapy compact commission or a similar entity.
