Code § 43-32-03","heading":"Tenure of members - Vacancies and oath of office","body":"The term of office of each member of the board is three years and until a successor is appointed and qualified. The governor shall fill all vacancies by appointment. In case of a vacancy before the expiration of a term, the appointment must be for the remainder of the term only.
