Code § 43-37-04.1","heading":"Licensing of out-of-state practitioners","body":"1.The board may adopt rules establishing licensure requirements for applicants who hold a current license in good standing to practice as an audiologist, speech-language pathologist, or speech-language pathology assistant in a state or jurisdiction other than this state and who are not the subject of a pending disciplinary action in any state or jurisdiction.\n2.Notwithstanding section 43-37-04, as it relates to the licensure eligibility of an out-of-state audiologist, speech-language pathologist, or speech-language pathology assistant, the board's rules may allow for:\na.Waiver of the examination requirement if the applicant meets the requirements established by the board.\nb.Consideration of education and experience in order to meet the education requirements.","path":["Title 43 Occupations And Professions","Chapter 43-37 Audiologists And Speech-Language Pathologists"],"source_url":"https://ndlegis.gov/cencode/t43c37.pdf","current_through":"2026-07-31T11:12:02","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-02T21:04:14Z","sha256":"3696b396c362b7109bce909264274633a04e08f47c14d020655f77a7b0227d10","source_id":"us-nd","stale":true,"prev":"us-nd/n.d.-cent.-code-43-37-04","next":"us-nd/n.d.-cent.-code-43-37-04.2"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
