Code § 43-39-03","heading":"Records","body":"The board shall keep a record of its proceedings under this chapter and a record of all persons licensed by the board. The record must show the name of every living licensee and the licensee's last-known place of employment and last-known place of residence and the date and number of the licensee's license certificate.
