Code § 43-47-03","heading":"Duties and responsibilities of board","body":"In addition to the duties set forth elsewhere in this chapter, the board shall:\n1.Publish an annual list of the names and addresses of all persons licensed under this chapter.\n2.Approve and administer an examination for counselors.\n3.Set, by rule, and collect a fee for:\na.The filing of each application for a license under this chapter;\nb.The renewal of a license under this chapter;\nc.The provision of a duplicate license under this chapter; and\nd.Technology services.\n4.Deposit and disburse all fees and moneys collected by the board in accordance with section 54-44-12.\n5.Establish continuing education requirements for license renewal.\n6.Issue provisional or probationary licenses.\n7.Establish a code of ethics for the practice of counseling.\n8.Adopt rules as necessary to carry out the provisions of this chapter.","path":["Title 43 Occupations And Professions","Chapter 43-47 Counselors"],"source_url":"https://ndlegis.gov/cencode/t43c47.pdf","current_through":"2026-07-31T11:12:02","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-02T21:04:14Z","sha256":"99effe725a859a75dfe6250c487b83f3849326f14acc9a51b73ed4ecfc9edfcc","source_id":"us-nd","stale":true,"prev":"us-nd/n.d.-cent.-code-43-47-02","next":"us-nd/n.d.-cent.-code-43-47-03.1"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
