Code § 43-51-10.1","heading":"Emergency rules - Emergencies or disasters","body":"If a disaster or emergency is declared in this state, a board may adopt emergency rules under chapter 28-32 which are contrary to title 43 if the rules are necessary to abate an imminent peril that threatens the health, safety, or welfare of the public.
