Code § 47-21.1-06","heading":"Penalty","body":"Any person violating subsection 1 or 2 of section 47-21.1-02 shall, upon conviction thereof, be guilty of a class C felony. Each individual, felonious manufacture or production of a recorded article shall constitute a separate offense and be punishable as such.
