Code § 49-11-19.1","heading":"Blocking or obstructing alternative crossings - Penalty","body":"Any person operating a train who shall block or obstruct a public railroad crossing and who has the alternative of blocking or obstructing a crossing with active grade crossing traffic control devices or a crossing without such device shall, where feasible, and subject to the exception set forth in section 49-11-19, leave open the crossing with active grade crossing control devices.
