The term \"title IV-A of the Social Security Act\", or any derivative of that term, whenever it appears in this code or the North Dakota Administrative Code, used in a context that refers to a period following the effective date of a state plan submitted under section 402 of the Social Security Act, as added by title I of Pub. L. 104-193; 110 Stat. 2110, refers to title IV-A of the Social Security Act, as amended by section 103 of Pub.
