Code § 50-17-08","heading":"Notice - Mailing - Notation by recorder prima facie evidence","body":"At the time of the mailing of the notices of a contract executed under the provisions of section 50-17-07, the recorder shall make a marginal notation giving the name and address of each addressee to whom the same was sent and the date of mailing.
