Code § 50-25.1-04.5","heading":"Child fatality review panel - Confidentiality of meetings, documentation, and reports","body":"1.Notwithstanding section 44-04-19, all meetings of the panel are closed to the public. Notwithstanding section 44-04-18, all documentation and reports of the panel are confidential, except for annual reports. The annual report involving child abuse and neglect deaths and near deaths must include the following:\na.The cause of and circumstances regarding the death or near death;\nb.The age and gender of the child;\nc.Information describing any previous child abuse and neglect reports or assessments that pertain to the child abuse or neglect that led to the death or near death;\nd.The result of any such assessments; and\ne.The services provided in accordance with section 50-25.1-06, unless disclosure is otherwise prohibited by law.\n2.The panel shall make available to the persons designated in section 50-25.1-11 the documentation and reports of the panel.","path":["Title 50 Public Welfare","Chapter 50-25.1 Child Abuse And Neglect"],"source_url":"https://ndlegis.gov/cencode/t50c25-1.pdf","current_through":"2026-07-31T11:12:02","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-02T21:04:14Z","sha256":"722338684e153d3b06e576937a7d65e97d87b92812e5625d0f2b9ae3a8914753","source_id":"us-nd","stale":true,"prev":"us-nd/n.d.-cent.-code-50-25.1-04.4","next":"us-nd/n.d.-cent.-code-50-25.1-05"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
