Code § 54-17-28","heading":"Application for grants","body":"Each regional office which administers the United States department of energy home weatherization program may apply for the grants provided in section 54-17-27 and this section under such reasonable guidelines as may be adopted by the industrial commission or its designee. Each application must be accompanied by a two-year budget, including a productivity work plan.
