Code § 54-24.3-06","heading":"Regional library cooperative interim planning committee - Duties","body":"In the administration of this chapter, the regional library cooperative interim planning committee may:\n1.Elect provisional officers;\n2.Identify all librarians eligible to be members of the regional library cooperative;\n3.Hold informational meetings;\n4.Distribute and receive applications for memberships in the regional library cooperative;\n5.Draft interim bylaws for the regional library cooperative;\n6.Prepare papers of incorporation;\n7.Publicize activities;\n8.Prepare a three-year plan for the development of services within the cooperative and present it to the North Dakota library coordinating council for review and approval; and\n9.Exercise any other duty that is necessary to carry out this chapter.","path":["Title 54 State Government","Chapter 54-24.3 Regional Library Cooperatives"],"source_url":"https://ndlegis.gov/cencode/t54c24-3.pdf","current_through":"2026-07-31T11:12:02","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-02T21:04:14Z","sha256":"90189f5ae68a20cea31d9a8666dc8f3181dc05b890d1ef44beaf110acff49c24","source_id":"us-nd","stale":true,"prev":"us-nd/n.d.-cent.-code-54-24.3-05","next":"us-nd/n.d.-cent.-code-54-24.3-07"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
