Code § 57-36-04","heading":"Revocation of license - Penalty","body":"The attorney general may revoke the license of any dealer or distributor for failure to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter or chapter 51-25.1, or any of the rules or regulations prescribed by the tax commissioner or the attorney general. When a license has been legally revoked, no license may be issued again to the licensee for a period of one year thereafter.
