Code § 57-40.6-05","heading":"Restriction on use of fee proceeds","body":"The governing body shall use the proceeds of the fee imposed under section 57-40.6-02 in accordance with guidelines established by the emergency services communications coordinating committee under duties identified in section 57-40.6-12.
