Code § 6-08.3-13","heading":"Interstate banking authorization","body":"This chapter specifically authorizes, in accordance with section 3 of the Bank Holding Company Act of 1956 [12 U.S.C. 1842], and section 101 of the Riegle-Neal Interstate Banking and Branching Efficiency Act of 1994 [Pub. L. 103-328; 108 Stat. 2338; 12 U.S.C. 1811 et seq.], interstate banking in this state.
