Code § 60-01-09","heading":"Duties of gratuitous depositary - Termination of duties","body":"The duties of a gratuitous depositary cease:\n1.Upon the depositary restoring the thing deposited to its owner; or\n2.Upon the depositary giving reasonable notice to the owner to remove it and the owner failing to do so within a reasonable time.
