Code § 61-06-08","heading":"Officers or employees bonded in state bonding fund - Assessment payment","body":"Every elective or appointive officer or employee of whom a bond is required under the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed to be bonded in the state bonding fund upon the giving of notice of such election or appointment by the secretary of the district to the administrator of the fund.
