Code § 65-04-04.3","heading":"Employer relief for third-party recovery","body":"The organization, upon recovery of its subrogation interest after a third-party lawsuit under section 65-01-09, shall give relief to the employer from the date of injury for the amount of the recovery up to the actual amount expended on a claim charged against the employer's account.
