Stat. § 13-2510","body":"Within thirty days after adoption of the resolutions for creation of a joint public agency by the proposed participating public agencies, the board shall file with the Secretary of State a statement signed by the representatives setting forth (1) the names of all the proposed participating public agencies, (2) a certified copy of each of the resolutions of the participating public agencies determining the need for such a joint public agency, (3) proof of publication as required in subsection (1) of section 13-2509 , (4) a brief description of the nature of the joint public agency's activities, and (5) the name of the joint public agency.","path":["NE Code","Chapter 13"],"source_url":"https://nebraskalegislature.gov/laws/statutes.php?statute=13-2510","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:21Z","sha256":"4a806213112db3ebcf3a9ca9604eb56bd8a3e03fd6e581038e5242947d6c8f34","source_id":"us-ne","stale":false,"prev":"us-ne/neb.-rev.-stat.-13-2509","next":"us-ne/neb.-rev.-stat.-13-2511"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
