Stat. § 19-4627","body":"For purposes of the Municipal Natural Gas System Condemnation Act:\n\n(1) City means a city of the primary class, city of the first class, city of the second class, or village;\n\n(2) Commission means the Public Service Commission;\n\n(3) Gas system means all or any portion of a gas plant or a gas system, including a natural or bottled gas plant, gas distribution system, or gas pipelines, located or operating within or partly within and partly without a city, together with real and personal property needed or useful in connection therewith, if the main part of the works, plant, or system is located within the city; and\n\n(4) Utility means an investor-owned utility owning, maintaining, and operating a gas system within a city.","path":["NE Code","Chapter 19"],"source_url":"https://nebraskalegislature.gov/laws/statutes.php?statute=19-4627","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:21Z","sha256":"d1959a3642a1113f9b7777a2a457f0db80ade68035b15f91b389965b83a715fc","source_id":"us-ne","stale":false,"prev":"us-ne/neb.-rev.-stat.-19-4626","next":"us-ne/neb.-rev.-stat.-19-4628"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
