Stat. § 2-10,103","heading":"Nursery stock distributor; duties.","body":"A nursery stock distributor shall:\n(1) Comply with the Plant Protection and Plant Pest Act and the rules and regulations:\n(a) In the care of nursery stock;\n(b) In the distribution of nursery stock including nursery stock that has been withdrawn from distribution;\n(c) Regarding treatment or destruction of nursery stock as required by a withdrawal-from-distribution order;\n(d) In maintaining the nursery stock in a manner accessible to the department; and\n(e) In the payment of license fees;\n(2) Comply with any order of the director issued pursuant to the act;\n(3) Not distribute nursery stock obtained from an unlicensed nursery stock distributor;\n(4) Not allow the license to be used by any person other than the person to whom it was issued; and\n(5) Not interfere with the department in the performance of its duties.","path":["Chapter 2 - AGRICULTURE"],"source_url":"https://nebraskalegislature.gov/laws/statutes.php?statute=2-10,103","current_through":"Laws 2026","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-10-18T05:52:13Z","sha256":"ba8b0f4cf6352abca45be64528347f5c1d3044c755de110d16e517d3d79013e2","source_id":"us-ne","stale":false,"prev":"us-ne/neb.-rev.-stat.-2-10-102","next":"us-ne/neb.-rev.-stat.-2-10-103.01"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
