Stat. § 2-2643.01","body":"A license holder shall not:\n\n(1) Make a pesticide recommendation or use a pesticide in a manner inconsistent with the pesticide's labeling or with the restrictions on the use of the pesticide imposed by the state, the federal agency, or the federal act;\n\n(2) Operate in a faulty, careless, or negligent manner;\n\n(3) Refuse or neglect to keep and maintain the records required by the Pesticide Act or to make reports as required;\n\n(4) Make false or fraudulent records, invoices, or reports;\n\n(5) Use fraud or misrepresentation in making an application for a license or renewal of a license; or\n\n(6) Aid or abet a license holder or an unlicensed person to evade the Pesticide Act, conspire with a license holder or an unlicensed person to evade the act, or allow the license holder's license to be used by another person.","path":["NE Code","Chapter 2"],"source_url":"https://nebraskalegislature.gov/laws/statutes.php?statute=2-2643.01","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:21Z","sha256":"1e8649cfd60430203c8444818bfd68f376a68993d67e506497c93e800a4d93f3","source_id":"us-ne","stale":false,"prev":"us-ne/neb.-rev.-stat.-2-2643","next":"us-ne/neb.-rev.-stat.-2-2643.02"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
