Stat. § 21-180","body":"(RULLCA 1011) (a) A plan of domestication must be consented to:\n\n(1) by all the members, subject to section 21-183 , if the domesticating company is a limited liability company; and\n\n(2) as provided in the domesticating company's governing statute, if the company is a foreign limited liability company.\n\n(b) Subject to any contractual rights, after a domestication is approved, and at any time before articles of domestication are delivered to the Secretary of State for filing under section 21-181 , a domesticating limited liability company may amend the plan or abandon the domestication:\n\n(1) as provided in the plan; or\n\n(2) except as otherwise prohibited in the plan, by the same consent as was required to approve the plan.","path":["NE Code","Chapter 21"],"source_url":"https://nebraskalegislature.gov/laws/statutes.php?statute=21-180","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:21Z","sha256":"be8ffdf5857aabf793827ae96fe4e520a4db1ee74a59eb40ebeada5a15b0d0a5","source_id":"us-ne","stale":false,"prev":"us-ne/neb.-rev.-stat.-21-1799","next":"us-ne/neb.-rev.-stat.-21-181"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
