Stat. § 21-2914","body":"(1) In order to change its registered office, its agent for service of process, or the address of its agent for service of process, a limited cooperative association or a foreign limited cooperative association shall deliver to the Secretary of State for filing a statement of change containing:\n\n(a) The name of the limited cooperative association or foreign limited cooperative association;\n\n(b) The street and mailing addresses of its current registered office;\n\n(c) If the current registered office is to be changed, the street and mailing addresses of the new registered office;\n\n(d) The name and street and mailing addresses of its current agent for service of process; and\n\n(e) If the current agent for service of process or an address of the agent is to be changed, the new information.\n\n(2) A statement of change is effective when filed with the Secretary of State.","path":["NE Code","Chapter 21"],"source_url":"https://nebraskalegislature.gov/laws/statutes.php?statute=21-2914","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:21Z","sha256":"4badfed58514f20a0c556ca70e91326969f680a2b268bf20c884ab1258328af9","source_id":"us-ne","stale":false,"prev":"us-ne/neb.-rev.-stat.-21-2913","next":"us-ne/neb.-rev.-stat.-21-2915"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
