Stat. § 21-2917","body":"Records delivered to the Secretary of State for filing pursuant to the Nebraska Limited Cooperative Association Act shall be signed in the following manner:\n\n(1) The initial articles of organization shall be signed by at least one organizer;\n\n(2) A notice of cancellation under section 21-29,108 shall be signed by each organizer that signed the initial articles of organization;\n\n(3) Except as otherwise provided in this subsection, a record signed on behalf of an existing limited cooperative association shall be signed by an officer or authorized representative; and\n\n(4) A record filed on behalf of a dissolved limited cooperative association by a person winding up the activities under section 21-2989 or a person appointed under such section to wind up those activities.","path":["NE Code","Chapter 21"],"source_url":"https://nebraskalegislature.gov/laws/statutes.php?statute=21-2917","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:21Z","sha256":"d0c4ef268c495cb6357892f18454f20a687f50096a977722ba14c2e9feed2fe1","source_id":"us-ne","stale":false,"prev":"us-ne/neb.-rev.-stat.-21-2916","next":"us-ne/neb.-rev.-stat.-21-2918"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
