Stat. § 21-519","body":"(a) A member of a series limited liability company which is not an associated member of a protected series of the company has a right to information concerning the protected series to the same extent, in the same manner, and under the same conditions that a member that is not a manager of a manager-managed limited liability company has a right to information concerning the company under section 21-139 .\n\n(b) A person formerly an associated member of a protected series has a right to information concerning the protected series to the same extent, in the same manner, and under the same conditions that a person dissociated as a member of a manager-managed limited liability company has a right to information concerning the company under section 21-139 .\n\n(c) If an associated member of a protected series dies, the legal representative of the deceased associated member has a right to information concerning the protected series to the same extent, in the same manner, and under the same conditions that the legal representative of a deceased member of a limited liability company has a right to information concerning the company under section 21-139 .\n\n(d) A protected-series manager of a protected series has a right to information concerning the protected series to the same extent, in the same manner, and under the same conditions that a manager of a manager-managed limited liability company has a right to information concerning the company under section 21-139 .","path":["NE Code","Chapter 21"],"source_url":"https://nebraskalegislature.gov/laws/statutes.php?statute=21-519","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:21Z","sha256":"5e19fa77f5f1b6207427f63434057475078881008d5efc5cf69438c2d4aff780","source_id":"us-ne","stale":false,"prev":"us-ne/neb.-rev.-stat.-21-518","next":"us-ne/neb.-rev.-stat.-21-520"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
