Stat. § 23-3110","body":"In awarding the bid, the following elements shall be given consideration when applicable:\n\n(1) The price;\n\n(2) The ability, capacity, and skill of the supplier to perform;\n\n(3) The character, integrity, reputation, judgment, experience, and efficiency of the supplier;\n\n(4) The quality of previous performance;\n\n(5) Whether the supplier can perform within the time specified;\n\n(6) The previous and existing compliance of the supplier with laws relating to the purchase or contract;\n\n(7) The life-cost of the personal property or service in relation to the purchase price and the specific use;\n\n(8) The performance of the personal property or service taking into consideration any commonly accepted tests and standards of product or service usability and user requirements;\n\n(9) The energy efficiency ratio as stated by the supplier;\n\n(10) The life-cycle costs between alternatives for all classes of equipment, the evidence of expected life, the repair and maintenance costs, and the energy consumption on a per year basis; and\n\n(11) Such other information as may be secured having a bearing on the decision.","path":["NE Code","Chapter 23"],"source_url":"https://nebraskalegislature.gov/laws/statutes.php?statute=23-3110","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:21Z","sha256":"9b599786784492aa225452bae9c50f5ccc1faa7e38df65c2e38ec498b6630f2b","source_id":"us-ne","stale":false,"prev":"us-ne/neb.-rev.-stat.-23-311","next":"us-ne/neb.-rev.-stat.-23-3111"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
