Stat. § 23-3574","body":"The petition for merger shall include a plan for the proposed merger which plan shall contain:\n\n(1) A description of the proposed boundaries of the merged district;\n\n(2) A summary statement of the reasons for the proposed merger;\n\n(3) The amount of the outstanding bonded indebtedness of each district and the manner in which such outstanding bonded indebtedness is proposed to be allocated if the merger is approved;\n\n(4) The amount of outstanding indebtedness other than the bonded indebtedness of each district;\n\n(5) The name of the proposed district; and\n\n(6) Such other matters as the petitioner shall determine proper to be included.","path":["NE Code","Chapter 23"],"source_url":"https://nebraskalegislature.gov/laws/statutes.php?statute=23-3574","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:21Z","sha256":"f23204b5e58a88edc8384e86b27e8e62b349f426182390c34a122ccc56f1c155","source_id":"us-ne","stale":false,"prev":"us-ne/neb.-rev.-stat.-23-3573","next":"us-ne/neb.-rev.-stat.-23-3575"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
