Stat. § 24-811.02","body":"Within thirty days after the list of nominees for a judicial vacancy is presented to the Governor by a judicial nominating commission, the chairperson of the commission shall prepare and send to the State Court Administrator a report containing the following:\n\n(1) Names of all candidates for the judicial vacancy;\n\n(2) Copies of all applications submitted by candidates; and\n\n(3) The names of the candidates nominated for the judicial vacancy.\n\nSuch report shall be available to the public and shall be preserved by the State Court Administrator for ten years.","path":["NE Code","Chapter 24"],"source_url":"https://nebraskalegislature.gov/laws/statutes.php?statute=24-811.02","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:21Z","sha256":"144152729fefe9d4e0422f019203abfa70e11e8cf68eb12809ad5db557ddb6eb","source_id":"us-ne","stale":false,"prev":"us-ne/neb.-rev.-stat.-24-811.01","next":"us-ne/neb.-rev.-stat.-24-812"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
